Assisting the Application and System Specialists in supporting the Trusts Clinical Software through the full system life cycle. You will help with administration and daily tasks that make the department run smoothly. Through work shadowing and study you
- ll have the opportunity to build your knowledge and skills.

- Educated to Diploma Level or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continued learning
**Desirable criteria**:
- ITIL Foundation or other service management qualification
**Knowledge, Skills, Training & Experience**:
**Essential criteria**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral and electronic)
- Proven track record of working as part of a team
- Can demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and with the minimum of supervision
**Desirable criteria**:
- Knowledge and experience of using SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ICT systems and services spanning operating systems, hardware platforms, databases and data networks
