**About the role**:
Natalie is a woman looking for a team to support her to live a fulfilled life in her own home. She enjoys trips for coffee, shopping and being creative. As team leader you should demonstrate good leadership skills, flexibility and organisation.

You should have experience with adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

Natalie is currently being supported to move from another area within Lancashire back to the local area and as her team leader you will play a key role in this transition. You must be able to commute, be flexible and able to work alongside her to make her new house a home.

This role is to work with one individual in their own home and to support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
- Help others to live independently.
- Complete supervisions
- Complete team rotas and planning
- Budgeting
- Be a voice for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.
- Embody the values of Believe Care and Support

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £14.50-£15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
