**Join Our Team as a Care Assistant**

We are looking for support staff to assist our female client, who is in her 30s, in supporting her to be independent and live safely in her East Grinstead home.

**About the Role**:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our client’s daily life, assisting with medication management, PEG feed, moving and handling, and personal care.

We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently.

Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.

**Shift Pattern**:
Work Monday to Friday or commit to two shifts per week.
- Monday - Friday 16:00 - 22:00

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Proactive and eager to get stuck in.
- Capable of fostering meaningful connections.
- Has a good sense of humour.
- Committed to building professional relationships.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to new environments.
