Shifts average 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Shifts start at 07.00. Overtime is often available. Some weekend work may be required occasionally.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning production equipment.
- Packing product on a production line.
- Maintain hygiene standards within the work area.
- Assembling packaging such as boxes for use on the production line.
- Labelling packaging

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Ability to perform tasks and follow instruction closely.
- Strong work ethic.
- Food hygiene experience
- Ability to work well as part of the wider Langage team.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Food hygiene level 2 (training can be given on site)

**RENUMERATION**:
Starting rate is £10.80 per hour with relevant food handling experiance. Without experience starting rate will be £10.65 an hour which will rise to £10.80 per hour on completion of a 3 month probation period and training.

In addition to this we offer 2 types of bonus. One is a loyalty bonus of £500 paid to you after 12 months and the other is a profit share of a changeable amount per year depending on profitability, this is paid at Christmas.

We are also happy to develop our staff, if you have drive and wish to become a team leader or more we will be happy to help you through courses etc.
