BDS have an exciting opportunity to work as a garden and grounds maintenance Operative in Crawley and the surrounding area's. The role will be based within the grounds of a retirement housing complex.
- Providing a high quality cleaning, grounds and garden service
- Working closely with customers, contractors and colleagues to provide access, reporting responsive repairs, fly tipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts.
- Strive to improve the overall appearance of estates where possible.
- Operate, store and maintain equipment to comply with Health and Safety procedures including COSHH, PPE and prompt reporting of incidents on site.

Essential;
- Full UK driving license (Car/van is provided)
- Experience of delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE

Payrate; £13.75 p/h PAYE or £17.26 Umbrella

Hours -Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

**Please note that a holding a full clean UK driving license is essential for this role.**

12 week initial contract to become permanent for the right person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: Up to £17.26 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
