Panoramic Care has partnered with a reputable and growing Multi-Academy Trust that is looking for a Head of Governance. They require a strategic leader to sit within their central team and lead on governance across their schools. You will be working closely with the School's Senior Leadership Teams, the Directors and the Governors to establish high governance standards across the Trust.

This is a 5 days per week role and can be carried out in a hybrid working model, with the requirement to be onsite when needed. The contract will be starting immediately for a minimum of 6 months and you will be paid on a daily rate. There is opportunity for the role to become permanent.
- Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and develop policies
- Design transformational change programmes
- Play a part in the growth strategy
- Evaluation of the governance framework
- Be the point of contact for the Board and Schools in regards to governance
- Prepare for inspections
- Develop relationships with Local Authorities and relevant agencies

This role will be well suited to either a current Head of Governance, or a highly experienced Leader/Manager within education looking for a move into Governance (such as a School Business Manager). You will be working in a dedicated team and be a key player in ensuring the trust is governed effectively.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
✔ Vast experience in corporate governance
✔ Extensive experience in an education setting
✔ Experience and confidence working with Board level
✔ Confident in challenging and supporting stakeholders
✔ Knowledge of current policies and legislations within education
