We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Officer to join our team onboard our High Speed Crafts sailing to Jersey, Guernsey, St Malo and Cherbourg.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values.

**The Role**

This role forms part of a fantastic, hardworking team of which you will be a key member. As a Chief Officer your responsibilities will range from working as part of the Bridge Team to ensure safe navigation of the vessel around the Condor Ferries Network.

In addition to this you will also be involved in:

- Acting as responsible officer for the vehicle decks to provide safe and efficient passenger & freight operations.
- Ensuring Planned Maintenance is completed in safe and timely manner in conjunction with onboard Engineering Team and Ship Manager.
- Management and development of the Deck Crew.
