We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Supervisor to join our food production team.

**Key Responsibilites**
- Supporting the Operations and Logistics manager with the day to day smooth running of the airline and rail teams.
- Effective rota planning to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet delivery and production line SLAs.
- Overseeing the daily logistics to ensure transport teams are aware of any changes to our requirements and deliveries are sent on time.
- Forward thinking and planning in advance.
- Responding to the demands of the operation as required.
- Ensuring effective stock control.
