You will be primarily responsible for developing and growing the construction desk within the business.
Based in the company's Willenhall office, you'll be tasked with the following:
- Developing relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Retaining trades and labour staff.
- Working towards sales targets.
**What experience do I need?**
We want someone who's got a background in a recruitment role with six months experience in the trades and labour sector.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- A good telephone manner.
- The ability to be commercially astute.
- Strong influential skills.
- Confidence, as well as being self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Great customer service skills.

**What can I earn?**
This Recruitment Consultant position offers a basic salary of £30,000 per annum. £40k OTE in your first year
In addition you'll get other benefits which include the following:
