At Stint, we’re **building AI tools** that are transforming how hospitality businesses operate. We’ve built the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2-3 hour shifts, working with brands like **PizzaExpress, Honest Burgers, Pret a Manger,**and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with AI - creating a platform that no competitor can replicate.
In just 10 months, our new AI tool has surpassed **£1m in ARR** and we are on track to 10x that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and **international expansion** is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative **Social Media Executive** to take Stint’s brand presence to the next level. Reporting to the Brand Lead and working closely with the founder, **you’ll own our social channels** end-to-end; from content ideas and creation, to campaigns that make people stop scrolling. You’ll be the **voice and face of Stint** online, creating moments that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
This is a high-visibility role in a **fast-paced startup** where creativity meets impact - and where you’ll see **your ideas come to life** daily.
We are an **office-first**, collaborative team and this role is based in **Camden ~4 days a week.**
**What you will be doing**:
- Be the star of the show Lead Stint’s social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn).
- Create and manage a standout content calendar, adapting it accordingly to speak to both our university students and business partners.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas to grow our audience, boost engagement, and make Stint a brand people want to follow.
- Analyse performance data, turning insights into action to refine our approach.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, memes, and moments, and use them to make our brand part of the conversation.
- Build and nurture our online community through smart, authentic interactions.
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive results.
- Collaborate with the operations and commercial teams to align our communications to support their targets and the wider company initiatives.
- Be a guardian of the Stint brand, ensuring every post reflects our energy, values, and vision.
**This position might suit you, if**:
- You have multi-channel copywriting and communication skills.
- You’re comfortable behind a camera and have basic editing skills.
- You know your way around social media platforms, particularly when it comes to generating high-growth and engagement.
- You’re organised, fast-moving, and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
- You can articulate ideas to the team, and have strong verbal skills.
- You enjoy contributing new and exciting ideas, and have a creative skillset.
- You thrive in a high-growth startup environment (and love the chaos that comes with it).
- You’re enthusiastic, proactive, and not afraid to jump into new and unfamiliar challenges.
- You have an eye for detail and take pride in creating content that looks and feels right.
**Nice to haves**:
- You have experience working for marketing or social media in a startup environment.
- You have experience in a software company and/or working within the hospitality industry.
- You can use marketing tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and other marketing management tools.
- You’re passionate about hospitality and an understanding of the latest trends and platform changes.
**What we can offer you**:
- A salary of £26,000 - £32,000
- Private medical insurance
- A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
- Office gym membership
- Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
