**Recruitment Administrator** We are searching for a supportive and organised individual to join newly expanded Recruitment team as a Recruitment Administrator where you will be supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally in your career. **About the business** Kaplan UK is part of the Kaplan group, one of the world’s largest and most diverse education and assessment providers. We operate in over 30 countries and maintain relationships and partnerships with more than 1,000 school districts, colleges and universities, professional bodies and over 10,000 businesses. **About the team** Kaplan’s UK HR shared services function supports a diverse business portfolio that ranges from language and pathways colleges through to specialist financial qualification delivery, apprenticeships, assessments and training and education publications. They work with and support international functions and staff across four continents. The Recruitment Team is a relatively new arm of the HR function and has been created to respond to the ever-changing and challenging recruitment picture during an exciting period of growth for the business. They work with colleagues across the globe and recruit an incredibly diverse range of roles. **About the role** This is a new role, arising from an increased focus on recruitment which will support and enable our growth in a number of key business areas. The role holder will act as a first point of contact for recruitment related queries from prospective applicants as well as internal hiring managers. **Responsibilities will include**: - Reviewing and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards - Use an applicant tracking system, entering and processing data into relevant systems ensuring data quality - Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Recruitment team and the wider HR team to deliver good service **What you’ll bring** We'd be keen to speak to you if you bring the following; - Previous administrative experience - Excellent standard of digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent - Good organisation, prioritisation and written communication skills - A fast learner who excels at working on their own initiative - First-rate interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate own workload, managing own time and ability to work to set deadlines **Your current or recent roles may include**: - Recruitment or HR Administrator - Office Administrator (who is looking to gain experience in a recruitment environment) **What you can expect** The salary band for the role is £23,303 - £27,882. Our working pattern is hybrid, with 3 days in our London Bridge offices and 2 days worked from home.
