Sure Maintenance Ltd, part of the Sureserve Group, is one of the UK's leading specialists in Heating Repairs, Maintenance and Installations. We are looking to recruit a conscientious and enthusiastic SHEQ Advisor to join their SHEQ team.

In this role you will work to further develop and maintain the health, safety, quality and environmental procedures to support the SHEQ Team and business as a whole.

You will act as health, safety, environmental and quality professional advisor for projects, undertaking audits and incident investigation, advising clients, stakeholders, customer’s and staff with regard to issues arising from company operations.

**General Duties/Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide day to day administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager and wider Management Teams on all HSQE elements;
- Support with mandatory training via the Sureserve Online academy;
- Build effective working relationships with the Management Team at Sure Maintenance and support the Health & Safety Manager in providing a clear direction in terms of HSQE strategy
- Support with the reporting of accidents/incidents and audit management via the new reporting Intelex platform;
- Track, manage and maintain all competency checks and training via the training matrix;
- Support with internal audits covering all HSQE elements;
- Maintaining the matrix in regard to plant/equipment issued to staff/engineers;
- Knowledge/experience of working on databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
