Warehouse Operative/delivery Driver

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver to join the team at our Penrith branch.

In this role, you will split your time between warehouse work, picking stock to go out on delivery vehicles, assisting with the processing of incoming deliveries, etc. and heading out to make deliveries to our customers.

Skills/Requirements:

- attention to detail
- time keeping
- ability to work as part of a team and on your own
- delivering excellent customer service
- knowledge of local area an advantage
- full UK drivers license

**Responsibilities**:

- picking stock / processing incoming deliveries
- loading stock onto vehicle
- delivering goods in safe and efficient manner
- maintenance checks on assigned vehicle
- general warehouse duties

Experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience driving a forklift truck would be beneficial but is not required.

This is a full time role, 42.5 hours Monday-Friday.

Saturday work may be required at the request of the Branch Manager.

Pay: From £1,986.00 per month
