Business Analyst - SW London, Clapham - Hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has a arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a charity based in SW London as they go through an incredible transformation programme to enhance the support they provide within the social care sector.

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for working with HR, Finance and IT teams to understand and redefine processes.You will communicate with internal colleagues and external partners to understand the needs of departments and the organisation,and to understand and investigate feedback into the service and functions of the organisation.You will use a variety of research methods with user, staff and stakeholders to understand demand, performances, problems, causes, impact and consequences; findingopportunities to gather data to understand problems more deeply.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £67,000.Hybrid working is offered - one day per week in the office is required.
