**Role Title: IT Support Technican £25,000 - £30,000 plus benefits.**

We also have over 2000 new and used motorbikes in our Macclesfield & Donington Park show rooms at any one time, and we are open daily for customers old and new to come and marvel at the numer and selection of bikes we have in store.

**Role**

This is a newly created role reporting into the Head of IT. The role holder will primarily be responsible for day to day IT Support. The role will be based at our head office in Macclesfield with some limited travel to sites around the UK.This is an excitingrole in a fast-paced company with a great culture, allowing for excellent career progression for the right individual.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Being a point of contact for users when the external support team aren’t able to resolve issues.**:

- **Installation of IT hardware across sites.**:

- **Qualifying and documenting problems raised by users and external support.**:

- **Responsible for the upkeep of workstations, ensuring updates and security are up-to-date**:

- **Identifying potential issues and highlighting them to the head of IT**:

- **Contribute to polices, processes and procedures**

**Key Attributes**
- **Good written and verbal skills**:

- **Able to install, configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices**:

- **Microsoft Windows 10 & 11**:

- **Microsoft Office Admin, Exchange**:

- **Networking Knowledge i.e. Wireless Systems, Broadband, Switches.**:

- **Advantageous of VOIP systems**
