**Job Overview**
Hazardous Waste Van Driver, required for busy Hazardous Waste Transfer Station in Bedfordshire. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. During the day there will be an hour of unpaid breaks which include 15 minute am break, 30 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes PM break.

The position comes with 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Due to

location, applicant should ideally have own transport.

Duties to include:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van / 7.5 Tonne lorry to transport Waste from Customer Sites to our Waste Transfer Station.
- Follow the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Ability to drive a van and navigate through various road conditions
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting/ manoeuvring.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
