**About Us**:
PPM Limited is a responsive and planned property maintenance company based throughout Cumbria & Leeds. We provide services for social housing clients as well as private. We are currently looking for a Contracts Supervisor, based within our Leeds Branch, to manage a team of multi-trade, multi-skilled operatives tasked with carrying out property repairs from the initial pricing, planning and onto delivery and completion within demanding timescales whilst providing a consistently excellent service to customers.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of multi-trade, multi-skilled operatives. You will oversee property repairs from initial pricing and planning through to delivery and completion, ensuring works are completed within demanding timescales and to the highest standards. This role will also involve managing works related to disabled adaptations, for example wet room installations, so experience in this area is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of reactive maintenance operatives and allocate work on a daily basis.
- Attend pre-inspection works and advise operatives on job specifics.
- Attend post-inspection works and inspect operatives’ workmanship to ensure quality standards.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of property repair projects - from pricing and planning to execution and completion.
- Ensure large multi-trade jobs are booked in by the scheduling team and checked to clarify required trades, timeframes, and whether a pre-inspection is needed.
- Deal with and respond effectively to variation requests highlighted by operatives, adhering to appropriate client rules and procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
- Monitor performance, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Resolve issues swiftly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Experience & Qualifications**:

- Qualifications/experience/knowledge of various trades including joinery, building, and plumbing (compulsory).
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally within the social housing or residential maintenance sector.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team of reactive maintenance operatives, coaching and advising on best working practices.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Confidence using computers, particularly Epix software (training will be provided).
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK Manual driving licence.
