**The Role**
- We’re seeking a Compliance and Operations Auditor to ensure our procedures, practices, and dispatch operations fully comply with food safety laws, company policies, and customer standards. In this role, you’ll conduct regular audits, identify areas for improvement, and help maintain high operational standards. You’ll collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency, resolve potential issues, and ensure smooth operations while driving continuous improvement.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Conduct regular internal audits, including GMP, GHP, HACCP, and other safety checks like glass register inspections.
- Review production process documentation to ensure accuracy and report any issues to department heads.
- Perform routine checks on equipment like check weighers, scales, and temperature probes to ensure they’re working properly.
- Verify that intermediate and finished products meet the standards in the product specification.
- Work with the QA Team Leader to address factory issues, raise non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Help investigate customer complaints and report findings to management and factory staff.
- Assist with traceability exercises as scheduled.
- Perform manual temperature checks of the environment as required.
- Collect and organize retained samples, keeping QA sample shelves tidy.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience of factory environment.
- Understanding of FMCG industry.
- Understanding of retailer products and quality standards preferable.
- Experience in a Technical role (preferred)
