**About the role**

Do you have a procurement, senior administrator or customer services background? We are looking for a new team member to coordinate the submission of bids and project proposals, ensuring all aspects of the tender are satisfied. The role is to work within the sales team, liaising with the Createc sales, marketing and technical teams to support with project bids, frequently working on several bids simultaneously. This may be through a customer portal, a simple word document or a more in-depth set of customer forms, so flexibility and attention to detail are important skills.

**Duties and responsibilities**

The Sales and Business Development Coordinator will be involved in a variety of areas which will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

- Bid co-ordination / progress reporting
- Compilation of company information to support pre-qualification questionnaire submissions
- Creation of graphic design and layout for bid submissions
- Compilation of information, including text and images, for technical responses to bids
- Coordination of bids, reporting to the Bid Manager and other bid team members
- Follow standard company bid processes and procedures and suggest and implement improvements.
- Arrange and support regular teleconference meetings to discuss / plan forthcoming proposals
- Support the review of bid feedback to capture lessons learned and disseminate findings
- Monitor portals and other distribution sources to look at potential opportunities and distribute relevant information

Assist with Business Development:

- Support our business development team members in building strong client relationships
- Work with senior management and BD team members as required on marketing and other activities
- Populate and monitor sales funnel/sales reports, as required.
- Support the Invitation to tender / Request for proposal, document and records management and dissemination for bids and marketing

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Must have excellent MS Office suite skills - Excel and Word as a minimum.
- Client and stakeholder relationship building skills
- Good communication skills and able to relate to others at all levels
- Flexible attitude to undertake a wide range of tasks
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, be self-sufficient and pro-active.

**Desirable**

The below would be advantageous to the role, although experience will be gained on the job.
- A track record of preparation of bid and tender submissions
- Association Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) accreditation or other relevant professional qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Adobe In-Design would be advantageous
