Due our unprecedented growth, we are looking for 2 Education Recruitment Consultants to join us at our Preston office.

If you have a background within education i.e. Teacher or similar position or you are an experienced consultant looking to join a forward-thinking and collaborative company, we want to hear from you.

**Overview**
- Education Recruitment Consultant
- Working with Primary Schools
- Based in Preston
- An education or recruitment background, preferred but **not** essential as a bespoke training package will be provided

**Role Requirements**
- A mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships
- Contract negotiations with clients
- Ongoing customer service with both the schools and the teachers / teaching assistants
- Assisting in the safeguarding administration when required
- Due to the nature of our business, having your own car for this position is a must as you will be visiting schools on a regular basis

**Salary and Benefits**
- £22,500 - £28,000 + commission
