We have excellent opportunities in the Seperated Children Team and Leaving Care teams within Warwickshire for Personal Advisors, the team is well established with very experienced and supportive staff.

As a Personal advisor you will be supporting young people aged 18 to 25 who are now care leavers and will be working directly with them to ensure they have a successful transition to adulthood.
- Supporting with independence skills and working with other agencies such as housing, mental health and education.
- Supporting with immigration claims IE: supporting YP to solicitors appointments and completing E visa’s
- working closely with partner agencies including Health, Police, Education, and the Home Office.
- You will have experience of working with young people in care and/or care leavers and up to date knowledge of legislation and pathway planning.
- The role entails travelling both within Warwickshire and out of county, therefore regular access to a vehicle will be required.
