An experienced Room Leader is sought for our lovely clients in Thames Ditton, working with Pre-school, in their expanding nursery and Forest School, a salary c£27k, benefits including Gym memberships, onsite parking, walking distance from train station, and on good bus route.

Ideally you will have
- Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
- Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
- Can inspire, energise and support others
- Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
