**The role**
As a Sales Support Administrator at Distology you will play a pivotal role in our work within the Sales Support team. You may not have experience working within the tech industry before, but that doesn’t matter Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will be an enthusiastic professional with an eye for detail.

**What we expect you to do in the role**:
- To hit and exceed set KPI’s on quoting SLA’s/accuracy/team performance
- Add all quotes to Salesforce CRM System (SFDC) and making sure each opportunity created has all required information
- SFDC admin to ensure all partners and opportunities are updated.
- Ensure all products for respective vendors are added to SFDC
- Compile and update any quoting guides/processes for all vendors
- Build and analyse any reports needed from a sales perspective
- Review all price books and update internal systems and comms out any changes
- Work with sales team to chase up small value orders
- Support sales support team on opportunities.
- Provide support to the operations team at busy times such as end of quarter or where there are large number of orders which need processing/packing
