**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To be able to operate in leisure facilities and male/female changing rooms.

To be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, Public/Bank holidays & Evenings.

To wear correct and clean uniform as provided by the company at all times.

To maintain impeccable standards of personal hygiene at all times.

To ensure all duties are carried out to the company to the required company standards and that they comply with any relevant legislative regulations.

To comply with all regulations.

To at all times represent the club in a professional and knowledgeable manner and to promote the club in the local area.

To be punctual at all times and remain in the club during working hours.

To assist the director to operate a successful spa.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure that cleanliness in the club and spa is kept to the highest possible standard.

To assist with the provision of spa linen and operate our onsite laundry facilities.

To give advice to guests and promote club facilities.

To build rapport with all members and guests.

To fulfil people’s needs and exceed expectations when visiting a spa to relax.

To deliver exceptional customer care at all times in accordance with Company procedures and deal with any complaints in the correct manner.

To supervise and monitor health and safety in the club. Paying particular attention to the changing and wet areas.

To ensure that sufficient supplies of linen are available for all areas.

Assist in the maintenance of all facility equipment to carry out minor maintenance work.

Assist in the monitoring and control of the pool and spa, be able to carry out water tests and corrective action.

To ensure that all equipment is fully operational and report any defects to the leisure manager.

To adhere to health and safety requirements by using safe working practices as per company procedures.

Ensure that all club stock is secured in the stock cupboard each day and stock replenished.

To ensure retail displays are replenished and well presented.

To turn off equipment, lights, air conditioning, secure rooms and return keys to spa reception at the end of your shift.

To assist at any PR functions, open evenings and special promotional activity within the spa or other venue.

To promote the spa and club at all times.

To carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the management team.

To comply with standards of appearance and dress at all times when on duty.

To assist in other areas of the spa when required.

To attend any appropriate training courses and departmental meetings as required

**Salary**: £6.56-£10.00 per hour
