GEZE UK has an exciting opportunity for a full time Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join the team based at Fradley Park.
**Role Purpose**:
As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will be part of a team responsible for internal sales order processing for architectural hardware (BAU), automatic door (AUT) and glass accessory products, selling through mainly specialist distributors.
**The role includes**:
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers including buyers, specifiers and sales staff.
- Undertaking sales order processing activities which includes liaising with customers, responding to queries and inputting of sales orders on to SAP processing system.
- Working with internal teams across GEZE UK to act as the first point of contact for customers on queries relating to pricing, product availability and some technical issues.
- Continually building product knowledge on GEZE products (full training will be provided).
**Requirements**:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Experience of developing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with customers.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure within a team environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own time and work on your own initiative.
- Motivated to deliver for our customers and driven by the achievement of targets.
- Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
