This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly Buying department based at our Head Office in Coney Green, Chesterfield.

Salary - £20,750 plus bonus

Type - Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

The objective of this role is to provide effective administration support to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the department.

**Key areas of responsibilities include**:
Working with a small team of administrators within the Buying Team to provide efficient, effective support to our network of regions and to our customers.

Providing administration support and resolution to administrative queries to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the Department.

Effectively liaising with internal regions and external suppliers.

Accurately maintaining a computerised system, internal records and filing systems.

Dealing efficiently and effectively with incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries for the department and Head Office.

Providing an excellent standard of customer care and service.

Effectively communicating with customers and co-operating with other members of the team.

**Key Requirements**:
Be articulate, possess excellent IT and communication skills and work well under pressure.

Commitment to working as part of a team.

Proven background in Administration and Customer Service.

At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, or equivalent, including Maths & English.

Experience of the flooring industry is an advantage but not essential.
