Do you have excellent decision making, reporting, and communication skills? If so, our Salisbury water recycling team is looking for a new team member working within the North Dorset area.

**What you'll do**:
Wessex Water is one of the top performing water and sewerage companies in the UK, serving 2.9 million customers across the South West of England. As a Water Recycling Operator, you will manage the operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards.

You will also be involved in running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants. You will play a big part in the team by ensuring compliance with company policy, processes, and procedures. You must also ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself at all times.

Additionally, you will need to be flexible with working hours that include weekends as you will be required to provide emergency cover on the standby rota, with a view to participate in a shift pattern when applicable (an average of 40 hours per week).

**What you'll need**:
Due to the nature of this role holding a valid driving licence is essential. Confined spaces training will be provided.
