**Job description**: HITIO Gym is a brand new gym concept about to break the UK market, with an aggressive rollout plan over the next year we are looking for martial arts instructors with a passion for teaching We have sites opening in south east, across Midlands and as far south as Devon and plenty of locations in between.

**HITIO Gym** is an amazing concept that combines the traditional small box gym with the best of martial arts philosophy and programming to offer something truly unique - a membership inclusive to a vast audience where everyone is welcomeJob Description:We are currently seeking a BJJ black belt coach to lead five weekly classes, three for adults and two for kids, at our gym in Orpington.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting five weekly BJJ classes, three for adults and two for kids
- Leading warm-ups, teaching BJJ techniques, and providing feedback and encouragement to students
- Ensuring a safe training environment for all students
- Maintaining accurate attendance and student progress records
- Participating in periodic gym meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

- BJJ black belt
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked

Prior Experience:

- coaching BJJ classes and kids classes

Availability to teach on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays evenings, and Saturday mornings

Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
