**rTriibe** are looking to add a confident, knowledgeable and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant, who is looking for a long term post working 5 days a week to support a local **rTriibe** partner school in the Bottesford area

This role will be supporting children who have Special Educational Needs and it will require you having experience of supporting children with SEN in an educational setting, we would welcome applicants from a care setting supporting children

This role will involve supporting pupils 1-1 and in small groups, it will require a patient and compassionate approach

This role will appeal to an applicant, who is looking for a new challenge and is looking for variety that working in supply can give you and we can offer you work that can help support your own work/life balance

**The ideal applicant**:

- **L2 or L3 TA Qualification**:

- Can start immediately
- Team player and adaptable
- Can build up strong working relationships with people at all levels
- Confident in giving instructions to children and adapt to the pupils needs
- Shares rTriibe's partner schools vision and values
- Good pupil/classroom management
- Due to the schools location, having access to a vehicle will be an essential

**Salary**: £70.62-£80.00 per day

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
