We are looking for a **Lead Designer** with detailed experience in high-end fit-outs who can support delivering luxury restaurant projects as part of the design team. This role will be based in our Head Office in London with travel to the projects required.

**What you'll be up to**:

- Work on key projects (various sizes and budgets) from inception to completion
- Assist with coordinating the design team and their projects
- Ensure that each of the restaurant brand's DNA is applied
- Involvement in the discussions and cooperation with external design teams as well as project managers, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Create design presentations and architectural drawings/detailing
- Design hospitality bespoke furniture, including lighting
- Develop detailed specifications and schedules
- Work within a friendly and international team

**What will help you to be successful in this role**:

- Qualification in architecture or interior design
- Minimum eight years' post-qualification experience with proven experience in delivering high-end design schemes from concept to completion
- Availability for international travel to visit the projects
- An exceptional eye for detail, colour, and knowledge of suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing techniques
- Creative, highly organised and efficient
- Advanced AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite & Photoshop mastery is indispensable
- Confident and good presentation skills, both face to face as well as virtually
- Great overall understanding of the technical aspects of a project
- Hand sketch skills are a massive plus
- In addition, excellent verbal and written communications are essential, as you will be liaising between multiple internal and external teams
