Becketts Foods Ltd is a leading food processing company, operating in the CV2 area of Coventry since 1983. We are currently seeking a

**goods in/despatch line leader** to join our team in Coventry.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all stock is checked and accurately recorded upon arrival.
- Ensuring all stock is stored safely and securely.
- Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time.
- Monitoring and reporting on stock levels.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- An understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
- Knowledge of sales order processing.
- Understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management System).

**Shift Pattern**
- Monday to Friday, 1.30pm-10.30pm, some flexibility may be required.
