Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you are responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the Restaurant and Bar, staff supervision along with ordering and stock control
You love to interact with people and your ability to engage with our guests in a confident and approachable manner is the first step to delivering great service. You are also a proactive and committed team player with a ‘can do' attitude - you’re great to have around and both guests and colleagues appreciate your enthusiastic approach.
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant setting
- Knowledgeable in bar, restaurant and events preferred
- Customer focused with a positive friendly attitude
- Approachable and able to motivate the team
- Excellent communication skills
