An excellent opportunity is available for an ambitious Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor to join our client, one of London's most respected financial services providers specialising in HNW clients. Covering leads in the Newbury and Reading area, you willhave the ability to be home / field based as well as having access to their satelitte office.

As an independent Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Consultant you will provide specialist advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. They are able to utilisebridging, commercial, development and other structures within their solutions and, due to the nature of its clients, the company has developed relationships with private banks and lenders not available to many other firms.
Experience required:

- Full CeMAP or equivalent
- Proven track record in mortgage sales
- Minimum 2 years experience mortgage advisory experience
- Preferred, experience with HNW clientele
- Be able to demonstrate strong protection sales skills and knowledge
- Drive and enthusiasm
- The ability to build relationships at all levels

Package: Up to £41k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
