Support Workers - Supporting Adults with learning disabilities in Supported Living

We are looking for Support Workers to join our 4-bed supported living service in Acocks Green for adults with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, and physical disabilities to meet their personal goals and future aspirations.

We support individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential as they live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home. We also support the individuals to develop and gain essential life skills as they live their best lives every day.

You will be working in an established support team dedicated to supporting the individuals who call this home, and all share our core values of treating people with dignity, respect and kindness. If you'd like to join us in living our best lives together with the people we support

Experience is not essential as we provide all the training you need to be a confident support worker. Whether you are an experienced professional or completely new to the world of care, we want you to be a compassionate and friendly individual, who shares our Values.

A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role. What matters most is a positive attitude to life and a desire to support people to live their life with as much independence, choice, dignity and control as possible.

Experience is not essential as we provide all the training you need to be a confident support worker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.55 per hour
