Baristas @ Tatton Flower Show

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team working on behalf of our client at the prestigious Tatton Flower Show. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of one of the UKs most renowned flower shows and showcase your barista skills in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Dates: Wednesday 19th July - Sunday 23rd July

Shifts: 0900-1800

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with exceptional quality
- Ensure efficient and friendly customer service at all times
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including equipment and utensils
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system effectively
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques
- Proficient in using espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability from Wednesday 19th to Sunday 23rd
- Able to work from 0900 to 1800 each day

- Have good customer service skills
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
- Have a “can do” positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed to the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
