We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator to join our team at Grosvenor Technology.

**Job Title**: IT Administrator

**Location**: Poole (initially with a hybrid home/office working pattern)

**Salary**: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 DOE

**Hours**: 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday 37.5 per week

Supporting the IT department, internal and external stakeholders, the IT Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of tasks that enable the successful day to day running of all IT needs across Grosvenor Technology. It is an excitingtime to be joining the team with predicted growth plans and development. Whether it’s assisting with individual user requests or supporting the IT manager on larger scale projects, no day will be the same.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide on-site and remote IT support to all users
- Diagnose system/network errors and other issues
- Maintain the hardware across the business
- Ensure all systems and devices are all up to date, with relevant updates and patches
- Follow company Starter/Leaver procedure, complete IT induction.
- Ensure audit logs, asset register, IT changes are current.
- Ensure all critical backups are running successfully
- Complete phone system changes.
- Complete essential tasks to ensure the business remains ISO27001 compliant
- Work alongside the IT Manager to deliver IT Infrastructure projects
- General IT Administrator

Communication:

- Excellent communication skills required to deal with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Organisation:

- Ability to use own initiative and manage workload to successfully prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting skills

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

Strong level of computer literacy and understanding of IT systems is required; Microsoft Office programmes including Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
- Experience of Microsoft Admin centres.
- Experience of Microsoft Intune
- Active Directory (AAD and On-Prem)
- Windows and MAC OS

Desirable:

- (DCHP/ DNS / VPN / Routers / Switches/ Firewalls)
- Windows Server 12, 16, 19
- Hyper V, VM’s
- Azure
- Sage 300 and/or SalesForce knowledge
- Experience and familiarity with cyber security controls
