**Are you in sales but want more from your career?**

We’re looking for driven individuals with at least **6 months of sales experience** to join our recruitment team. No prior recruitment experience is needed—just ambition, confidence, and a hunger to succeed.

**What you’ll do**:

- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Hit (and beat) personal targets to earn commission
- Learn how to become a recruitment expert in the information technology market

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least 6+ months experience in B2B service, solution or product sales
- Recruitment experience less than 12 months
- Strong communicator verbal & written with energy and resilience
- Goal orientation - motivated by targets, money, and success
- Competitive attitude
- Willing to learn fast in a supportive team
- The ability to build relationships/repour
- Career-driven with a strong work ethic

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Office 3 days a week, hybrid

- Sales: 6 months minimum (required) or 6 months recruitment experience

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (required)
