Aftersales Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
The role is to offer full support to our Aftersales Department. Your main responsibilities will include dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner. Booking vehicles into our workshop, arranging service loan vehicles and producing customer invoices. The role will also include processing warranty claims and working in our parts department. We are a multi franchise dealership Kia/Isuzu/Honda/Mitsubishi.

- Full UK Driving Licence
Hours Monday - Friday 08.15am - 5.30pm (60 min lunch break)
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience.
