We’re looking for a talented Internal Communications & Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead storytelling across our teams and channels, bringing the Buzzworks employer brand to life from the inside out.

**The Works**
This role blends creativity, strategy, and storytelling to inspire our people internally and attract top talent externally. You'll own and develop internal communication and recruitment marketing strategies — connecting current and future team members with our purpose, culture, and opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for:
**Internal Communications**
- Crafting campaigns around key people moments and business milestones
- Bringing leadership communications to life with clarity and warmth
- Managing an internal comms calendar aligned with business initiatives
- Owning our internal tone of voice, keeping it human, inclusive, and Buzzworks through and through
- Partnering with venue teams to capture and celebrate team stories, wins, and culture highlights

**Recruitment Marketing**
- Leading the evolution of Buzzworks’ employer brand across all platforms
- Creating recruitment campaigns for digital and physical channels (social, job boards, PR, outdoor)
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure job ads are on-brand, compelling and performance-driven
- Producing content for careers channels: social media, blogs, video and photography
- Reporting on performance marketing metrics to optimise campaigns
- Encouraging team members to share stories and become brand ambassadors

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in internal or recruitment marketing
- Strong creative writing, editing and content creation skills
- Confidence with social media management (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Confidence working with video — behind and in front of the camera
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Commercial awareness and a natural feel for hospitality culture
- A passion for people, creativity and communication

**Desirable but not essential**
- Background in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced service environment
- Experience in performance marketing and analysing digital campaigns
- Familiarity with recruitment systems or ATS platforms
