As Lead Administrator you will head up your team to help support the operational delivery of the Podiatry Service.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management and support of the admin team including, 1 to 1’s, PDR’s and general management administrative duties. Being team focused with an empathic, supportive and diplomatic approach is essential.

Acting as the first point of contact for patients within the Podiatry Department, you will assist with managing appointments, dealing with queries and some light duties assisting patients may be required on occasion.

You will be fundamental in supporting the clinical team leaders to provide professional, effective and efficient clinical and administrative support to the wider team which ultimately enhances patient experience.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will utilise your IT, customer service, organisational and interpersonal skills daily.

You will be part of a small, supportive and friendly team with excellent training opportunities.
