Multi-disciplined Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, permanent career opportunity for a highly skilled, qualified, and experienced engineer who can evidence a proven track record in Production and Plant Process machinery maintenance. Working for this establishedmanufacturer based in Wiltshire, this full-time post offers a highly competitive annual salary, end of year performance bonus, contributory pension scheme and plenty of exceptional employee benefits.
Your experience will include a sound, combined working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, with supporting skills obtained within computing and software. You will be able to demonstrate solid PLC/Auto-motion controls (ideallySiemens S7) and PID controllers experience. Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with an 18th Edition Qualification.
Combining these skills, you will work with wider facilities and maintenance to deal with machinery and equipment breakdowns, using TPM methods, consistently improving efficiencies to therefore reduce time spent on 'down time' needing immediate repair andresolution. Naturally as a Multi-disciplined Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the recording and analysation of faults and repairs, maintaining a stringent reporting system which is shared with key stakeholders and engineering teams.
As a Multi-disciplined Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, you will have a good understanding of machinery repair, replace and maintenance, gained within a manufacturing sector and able to deputise for management as and when required.
