As a **General Assistant** your commitment is to providing a welcoming environment within the Team Hub - the focal point for the team whilst they are taking their breaks in the working day. It's equipped with a large screen TV, it's where the team take their meals, and is a social space for the team to relax and chat on their breaks. Your key role involves keeping the area clean, delivery of food in time for breaks, completing food safety management checks in line with the documented food safety system, and supporting the housekeeping team.

Our **General Assistant** display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within the department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner.

**Salary**: up to £26,000 per annum

- Previous, relevant experience in a Luxury hotel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
