**About the Role**
- Provide office-based support for Installations and Field Service Engineers.
- Supplier relationship management including price negotiation and warranty returns.
- Process and dispatch parts and other items as required..
- Raise quotations, process and dispatch orders from clients.
- Order materials and spare parts as required.
- Record all transactions and maintain accurate records, purchase orders, delivery notes, pricing, store locations etc using the in-house Company CRM system.
- Coordinate and expedite shipments from domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as required.
- Handle ad-hoc enquiries.
- Assist with regular stock checks as required, in particular quarterly and annual stock taking.

**Hours, Salary & Benefits**
- 40 hours per week: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Salary from £27k to £35k dependant on experience plus voluntary overtime.
- 23 days annual leave
