Construction Secretary

Our client is seeking a switched-on, positive and productive individual to join their business as Secretary to provide administrative support to their busy team.
Annual salary is up to £31,500 and other benefits include; bonus scheme, private pension up to 12.5%, private healthcare, 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
**Main duties include**:
- Typing all correspondence
- Complex diary management
- Answer and action telephone calls
- Progress complaints as appropriate
- Programme reviews with Head of Department
- Source temporary agency supply
- Co-ordinate team annual leave
- Arrange meetings, rooms, equipment, refreshments, and lunches as required
- Greet visitors at reception and take to respective meeting room
- Create and archive office files
- Introduce new and temporary staff to colleagues, tour of building and run through computer and departmental procedures
- Adhoc admin tasks as required for Head of Department
**Experience required**:
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate IT skills in addition to Excel with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Able to be flexible by multi-tasking and re-prioritising tasks accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly professional and confident manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Proactive approach to solving issues
- Customer service focused
