**Job Title: Installation Project Planner**

**Reporting to**: Head of Operations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To carry out full comprehensive assessments of surveys, including reviewing photos, floor plans etc. to ascertain viability and potential for jobs to progress to install.
- Full costings of projects and pre-approvals to ensure viability and profitability in line with company targets.
- Oversee the logistics, including staff resources and materials of all projects and ensure the completion of relevant paperwork to ensure industry standards are met.
- Working with Engineers to ensure that the works are planned, organised, and carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the point of contact for all installation projects and maintain regular contact with external providers.
- Scheduling and ordering of materials and ensure materials are being accounted for and on site.
- Oversee any customer queries that have directly risen as a result of an install issue.
- Carry out site inspections.
- Prioritising and organising urgent installs when required.
- Following agreed processes and procedures to ensure high standards are consistently achieved and within agreed time frame.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working within the ECO Scheme is advantageous.
- 2+ years working in a similar industry.
- Ideally have experience of working in a scheduling or planning environment.
- Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice.
- Ability to manage own time and workload.
- Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Ability to work with all trades.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs.
- Good problem-solving skills - able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
- A full UK driver’s licence.
