We have a brilliant secondment opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to lead a project in partnership with the East Riding of Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
The post is funded by the Better Care Fund for 12 months to support best practice and enhance care in care homes, with a focus on manual handling. The project has an assigned budget to utilise, to enhance equipment access and support transfers of care and establish via proof of concepts and a shared approach to manual handling across health, social care and the care sector.
We are excited to be able to offer this secondment opportunity to both internal and external applicants.
