Operational Disability Support Worker/administrator

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Operational Disability Support Worker/Administrator to work in Gateshead. This position is 20 hours per week, between Monday - Friday, excluding Tuesday. Preference for five hours per day x 4 days per week. Alternatively, 6.6 hours per week spread over 3 days. Position is temporary until 27 February 2027

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist the supported employee with admin duties to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided.
- To navigate and input information onto social care systems.
- To input information onto documents/systems as dictated, or from written recordings.
- To assist the supported employee update manual and computerised records to ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained and data and reports are produced as and when required
- To note take, minute take, proofread and read information to the employee.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Using office-based software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Working in an administrative setting
- Minute taking.
- Prioritising workload and working to tight deadlines
- 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4 including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification, or relevant demonstrable experience
