Main Administrative contact for the Community Nursing Teams within the South and West cluster, alongside another part time Administrator.

Adding and updating of staff rotas.

Communicating with the Nurse Team Leads with any urgent patient information.

Scanning of Patient notes and uploading into the Epic System.

To be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls from various members of staff and departments.

To have proficient use of Microsoft programmes such as: Outlook, Word and Excel.

To reschedule Patient Appointments as and when required by the Nurse Team Leads.

To ensure that all Nursing equipment is sent to the Medical Equipment management team in a timely manner for its yearly service.

Maintaining and updating Excel Spreadsheets with Equipment Asset IDs and their locations.

To be able to work independently and manage your own workload on a day to day basis.

The post holder will be required to travel between various bases within the South and West Community Nursing cluster.
