**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Assist administration of medication according to care plans and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive clients to appointments or social outings when necessary
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for client transportation
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by client needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
