Our client is a boutique conveyancing specialist, and they want you to join their friendly, yet busy, team of four based in Tiverton, Devon.
In this role you will benefit from a mixed and varied caseload, ranging from but not limited to sales and purchases in freehold, leasehold and new build properties + remortgage and equity transactions.
Ideally, you will be an experienced and passionate conveyancer, handling your own caseload from inception through to completion. However, you shouldn’t be afraid to seek assistance as the team have a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic support structure ofadministrative and technical specialist to aid in managing conveyancing files.
